We developed with LOVB to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop a budget-conscious, high-impact FanFest activation strategy that maximizes engagement and brand impact. This process involved consolidating ideas from LOVB’s internal teams into a cohesive and actionable event plan while identifying engaging elements such as interactive experiences, gamification, and giveaways to enhance fan participation. Meliora also develops a detailed budget to ensure all activations align with financial constraints while maximizing return on investment (ROI). Additionally, our team outlines necessary resources, including branding, signage, staffing, and promotional assets, to ensure seamless execution and an unforgettable fan experience.
